Controller and data
Linkses OÜ is the controller. Contact submissions include name, email, subject, message, related URL, locale, status and a non-reversible IP hash for abuse prevention.
The form uses ALTCHA, a proof of work verified by our server without advertising tracking or a third-party CAPTCHA service.
Purpose and legal basis
We use data to answer requests, manage corrections and protect the service. We do not sell personal data, and technical providers receive only what is necessary.
Retention and rights
We retain submissions only as needed to resolve them and meet responsibilities. You may request access, correction, erasure, restriction or objection and contact the Estonian supervisory authority.
Subscriptions and newsletters
Inferama stores email, language, edition, edition country where applicable, consent evidence, confirmation, opt-outs and sending statuses in its own database. ALTCHA and rate limits protect the form; form records store the IP address as a hash for abuse prevention.
Registration requires explicit consent and email confirmation. All emails except registration messages link to a web confirmation of global opt-out for that address. Only confirmation blocks emails and cancels subscriptions in all languages and editions, without deleting user accounts. We retain an address fingerprint and opt-out and reconfirmation dates to prevent accidental reactivation. A new request alone does not lift the block. Public issues never show recipients or personal links, and we do not add tracking pixels to measure opens.
